The questions need to be more comprehensive but I've been tested properly (Myers Briggs) so the profile is accurate. Some of the weblinks don't explain properly though and I am a strong ESTJ - I have no middling scores. The explanations on personalitypage.com are most accurate.

ESTJ, Fits me well. iv been a born leader, done management at uni and now im a MD. It also works with relationships, the only area i feel is not myself is the way ESTJs treat children - i beleive in discipline and can relate, but children are people and should be allowed to be free spirts to a degree
